The Company: Karabars.co.uk is the online trading arm of Karabar Limited (The Company). Karabar Limited is registered as a private limited company in England and Wales with company registration number 6690450 and registered address Unit 14 Withey Dyffryn Court, Alder Avenue, Dyffryn Business Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, Mid Glamorgan, CF82 7TT. Company's VAT registration number is GB 981 1863 96.

Prices and Payment: All prices are in pound sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability.

Purchasing: All items offered on our website are in stock and are ready for same day despatch, Monday to Friday. To purchase any of the items on our website, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page and then simply follow the instructions. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Delivery: We will despatch your order on the same working day if your order is received before 3pm. If your order is received after 3pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) we will despatch it on the next working day or if paid after 3pm on Friday, we will despatch it on the following Monday.

Delivery of most UK orders is approximately 2 working days. Standard delivery to any UK Mainland address is free of charge. Next day delivery to any UK mainland address is £4.99. Next day delivery applies to working days only (Monday to Friday) and excludes Bank Holidays and weekends.

Our couriers will normally require a signature on delivery, however if no one is in, the courier will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a more appropriate time to collect or deliver your order. We cannot guarantee our delivery times, any dates we specify will be approximate only. We cannot be held liable for any losses or expenses caused by any delay of delivery of the goods. If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days from the day it was despatched please contact us.

Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel the order we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned by you in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

Returns: You must contact us for authorisation code before returning any goods.

New items: We will offer refund for new items which are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.

Items must be returned in the same brand new, unused and saleable condition with all labels and original packaging. If the goods are unsuitable, a full refund will be offered. If you have paid any additional postage fees for example next day delivery or next day AM delivery or any other postal service this fee will not be refunded. It may take up to 28 days to refund your payment from the date your items arrive in our warehouse. We also offer collections for £9.99.

Guarantee: We guarantee that the goods will be free from any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. We guarantee that the goods are fit for their intended use and you are required to check the precise purpose of each product before application. Therefore we do not accept responsibility if you put the goods to a use which is not intended.

Damaged items: In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged or faulty, or they develop a fault in a very short period of time (30 days from purchase) please contact us. If we cannot repair the damaged items we will offer a replacement or exchange it with any other item. If the customer prefers any other item as an exchange then the difference in price will be either refunded or charged to the customer. The guarantee does not cover the costs of sending your defective product for assessment and replacement. All such costs will be borne by the purchaser/sender.

Airport damage to luggage: We strongly recommend you examine your luggage carefully before leaving the airport. Damage due to mishandling by the airports staff is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You must file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport.

Shopping on karabars.co.uk is safe and secure: We guarantee that every online purchase you make on our website is a secure transaction. All orders are taken from you using the strongest available encryption technology; 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL). 

This means that on any page of the website where you enter personal information such as credit card details, the information sent to us is encrypted to safeguard your details. (Encryption prevents other Internet users from accessing this information.) We only accept orders that are placed using this technology.

You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for either a locked padlock icon (Internet Explorer) or an image of a key (Netscape) in the grey bar at the bottom of your screen. (This will only appear on pages where you enter personal information, such as credit card details.)

What information we hold about you and how we use it: If you have bought something from us we will store your email address, phone number and delivery & billing addresses. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a friend) we will have their name and address. Your credit / debit card details are not stored. This means your financial details cannot be accessed and are never divulged.

We gather this information to allow us to process and fulfil your order. Therefore we will have to disclose some of your information, like name, postal address and telephone number to third parties such as Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

We also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases.

We will also use your information to provide you with information about special features on our website or any of our special offers, services, products or information which we think may interest you. If you do not want to receive this information you may decline to do so at the time you place your order or at any time by sending an email to sales@karabars.co.uk or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our newsletters.

We may monitor website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual and no personal information shall be retained or stored on our website.

If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.

We never exchange, sell or otherwise give away your email address to other companies.

Consent: By buying from this website, and therefore submitting personal information, you consent to the use of that information as outlined in this policy. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post the changes on this page. Please check our website for any changes to this Privacy Policy. 

On-Board Luggage: Due to worldwide terror alerts many international airlines and airports are imposing regulations on the size of cabin luggage being allowed onboard. We are unable to account for every single airport or airline around the world, with an ever increasing number of changes to size restrictions being imposed. Some airlines and airports around the world do not take in to account the handles and wheels on a cabin size luggage, and others do. The customer is obliged to check with their airline what maximum size cabin luggage they are allowed to take on board, and it is also the customers responsibility to check the cabin luggage size ordered from our website for suitability with their airline before checking in at the airport.

Product Images and Colours: We make every effort to ensure the product images, colour representations on our site are a fair representation of the actual products and colours, but please note there may be variations in photos and colours from the products due to changes made by manufacturers.

Customer Service: Any complaints regarding the goods or services supplied could be made by e-mail or post.
